What should I plan on bringing?

A hat for the late afternoon sun, and a light jacket may be needed once the sun sets.
A camera is great to have as well.

Can I bring in my lawn chair, cooler or other items?

Blankets and low profile lawn chairs are okay in the approved spectator areas.
Please note: Lawn chairs must stay in the designated area in front of the stage.
No coolers are allowed.

Can I bring in a camera or video camera?

Yes, as a matter of fact we urge you to take lots of photos and share them with friends or post them on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest or other Social Media Sites.

Do the balloons launch?

No, hot air balloons cannot fly safely at night. This event is a balloon glow which means all the balloons are on display on the ground for the spectators to get up close and personal with.

Will you have balloons up from 5:30-10pm?

No, balloons have a limited fuel supply and cannot glow for the entire length of the event. The balloons will inflate from around 7:30- 9:00 pm. Times vary depending on light, wind and clearing space to inflate.

Can I bring in food or beverages?

No, we do not allow any outside food or any beverages inside the event.
Our vendors and sponsors count on these sales to help pay for the event.

Can I bring my pet?

No, we do not allow any type of pets into the event. These events are high traffic and noisy Areas. Not good for your pet or the safety of others. We do allow service animals with proof of certification only. ONLY ADA Service Dogs allowed Inside the event. Service dog must have leash, harness, backpack, or vest with appropriate service credentials as stated.

Can I purchase General Admission tickets at the door?

Yes, General admission tickets are available at the door.

Can I purchase VIP Tickets at the door?

No, VIP tickets must be purchased ahead of time. Tickets are limited so get them before they sell out!

What if it is windy or rainy, will the balloons still inflate?

We want all of our fans to have an enjoyable and safe experience at the Festival. Please help us ensure everyone’s security, comfort, and convenience by following these rules.
– All activities dependent on weather.
– Wind is the most critical factor in safe ballooning. The pilots are continually checking the weather and will not inflate the balloons if it is an unsafe condition due to weather.
– All sales are final
– No cancellations
– No refunds
– No rain checks due to weather.
